 Alumni Meet - 7 April 2007 - 2007/03/13 06:50 Students at college are planning to hold this year's alumni meet very soon, somewhere around end March.

Full details will be posted here soon.

We also plan to hold a small(maybe 1 hour?) alumni-department(students & faculty) session, to discuss how to build alumni relations and any other agenda items that you may have.

Alumni nominations are invited for this. Hope to have atleast 1 person from each batch.

Do watch this thread for updates. Hope to see you all at the meet

well please be carefull before deciding the date.
ofcourse even will be on weekend but still plan better weekend ususally ppl working are having tough weeken at the end of march.
one thing more , if it is at secnod weekend of april or third weekend then salman would be here.
i can cofirm my availability only by the end of next weeekend.

 My Dates Priority - 2007/03/13 18:18 Dear Friends,
I have an earnest request.
Is it possible to conduct this event somewhere in April ? I am very much interested to be the part of this event. It would be a great experience to see you all in Hamdard. However, I am arriving in India on Mar 31st. And it would be unfortunate for me to miss this event by few days.
Hence, please consider the option of keeping this event in 2nd week of Apr.

Also, please keep this event on the weekend. So that maximum people can join.

No, lets not give it a fresh start but should continue from where we had left. We have a lot of ground to cover and rather that airing our differences we should hunt for common ground. A platform for an open dialogue, not just a common place to dine and wine. lets bring the ethos of canteen back to its lost vigor.

I volunteer all my resources, the dates comfortable to me will be anytime after first week of April, but it should be from the consensus of you people.

I am all game.

Can we make it for April second week...
this will give all of us enough time to plan our schedules.
a weekend would be an additional gift for us. I would personally suggest for a saturday or sunday in second week of April.

I will go by what Akif said...
since we all don't meet that often so lot more things need to be discussed upon...anything and everything thats on your mind to make the Alumni group n meets lively

 Date finalized - 7th March '07 - 2007/03/17 15:32 Thank you all for your feedback. Just got the word from the college students organising the meet. Details have been finalized and are as below.

Date: 7th April 2007
Time: - 4:00 P.M Onwards
Venue: Archives Center, Jamia Hamdard

Please let us know that you will be coming by registering here (Please login to the website first).

It will help the students better organize the event if they get a better idea of how many people will be coming.
